Packaging

Every print is hand-inspected, wrapped in acid-free glassine paper, and shipped flat in a custom-built, double-walled archival crate. Framed works are individually padded and corner-protected before crating.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
